Returns Policy

All special order sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or transferred credits on any special order item sold by A|E Bridal. We do not accept returns on special orders. Each special order gown is made especially for you and once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. When purchasing a sample gown, it is sold in 'as is' condition. A|E Bridal is not responsible for the cost and/or cleaning of the garment.

The following items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery date:

  • Accessories
  • Gifts
  • Sample Gowns

 

Accessories/Gifts Returns

We offer exchange or store credit for accessory/gift sale items that are returned in perfect condition with tags attached and in original packaging. We do not cover shipping costs on returned items. Exchange option applies to the same item in a different color or size. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.

Sample Gown Returns

Sample dresses are eligible for refund within 5 days of delivery date to customer, providing that the dress is returned in the same condition as it left us, with tags attached and be free of stains, snags, pet hair or odors such as smoke, and unaltered. In the event that a dress is returned in poor condition, any cleaning or repair fees will be deducted from the refund amount. A 25% restocking fee will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. If the gown is damaged beyond repair then the full amount of the gown will be charged.

General Policies

By purchasing you understand and agree that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will be a separate charge. You further understand that you will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors. A|E Bridal is not responsible for the additional costs (alterations or materials needed) due to weight loss/gain, pregnancy, plastic surgery or shoe height change.
