Before the wedding planning and the beautiful details, there was a friendship, shared circles, and a connection that continued to grow after graduation.

Tell us about the two of you. How did your story begin?

“We attended the same high school and hung out closely within similar friend groups! Shortly after graduating high school we started dating, attended separate colleges, lived an hour apart and were able to stay together through it all.”

Sometimes, knowing you have found your person isn't about one grand moment. It's about recognizing the qualities in someone that make you feel confident building a life together.

What made you realize this was your person?

“Maddux is such a hard worker, a provider, caring, and always puts others before himself. I knew he had all the quality traits I would want in a husband and eventually a father to our children.”

Every bride has her own vision for how she wants to feel on her wedding day. For some, it's romantic and whimsical. For others, it's modern, sophisticated, or effortlessly chic. And sometimes, the right dress brings all those feelings together in a way you never expected.

Tell us about your dress. What made it feel like your dress?

“I Knew immediately that dress was the one! It made me feel classy, beautiful, and sexy all in one. I was comfortable and couldn’t wait to share it with everyone.”

When it came to envisioning their wedding day, the couple knew they wanted something that felt both sophisticated and connected to the natural beauty around them. Their vision brought together the best of both worlds: an outdoor ceremony surrounded by orchard scenery and a reception in the barn they had always dreamed of.

What was your vision for your wedding day, and what inspired it?

“Our vision was something classy and slightly formal! We wanted our ceremony to be in the orchard to get the beautiful nature scenery and dreamed the reception would always be in a barn.”

Among all the beautiful moments of a wedding day, some of the most meaningful happen before the ceremony even begins. The quiet excitement of getting ready, the familiar faces in the room, and the people who have supported you through every season of life make those early hours unforgettable.

Was there a moment during the day that stopped time for just a second?

“Getting ready in the morning with all of my best friends, our moms, and siblings was absolutely perfect, I felt so much love and support which is exactly what I needed on such an emotional day.”

After months of planning and anticipating the day, it's easy to become caught up in making sure every detail unfolds exactly as imagined. But when the day finally arrives, the moments that matter most are often the ones you couldn't have planned.

Looking back now, what advice would you give to a future bride?

“Enjoy every second of your wedding day and don’t sweat the small stuff! The day goes by soooo fast, you work so hard to make it perfect so make sure you take some time to soak in all your hard work and enjoy it with your spouse.”

A wedding marks the beginning of a new chapter, but for many couples, it's only the start of the dreams they will build together. After celebrating their marriage, this couple is looking forward to the next adventure of all.

What are you most excited about in this next chapter of marriage?

“Starting a family of our own!!!”
