Let’s dive into their beautiful experience, love story, and advice for engaged couples!

Brooke, who had dreamed of modeling, couldn’t have been more excited about the shoot. “Playing dress-up all day in beautiful dresses? What’s not to love? It was truly a dream come true,” she shared. Trying on exquisite gowns she might not have chosen for herself made her feel like a true princess. The retro theme matched her personal style perfectly, bringing to mind the boho glam and whimsical florals of her own wedding day. |
For Collin, the day was about supporting his wife’s dream. Though he joked about being “unqualified to model,” he embraced the fun of spending a creative day with Brooke. “No one’s looking at me anyway!” he quipped, happily giving all the spotlight to his beautiful bride. Modeling together, despite his nerves, felt natural thanks to their genuine connection.

Brooke and Collin’s story is the kind you can’t help but smile about. After meeting through a dating app and sharing three wonderful years, Collin planned a heartwarming proposal with the help of Brooke’s friends and family. He surprised her at Maggie McGarry’s in San Francisco, where they had officially started dating. As Brooke said “yes,” their loved ones appeared from behind a hidden wall to celebrate, and Collin had even planned an engagement party that day! Brooke shared, “He even had my best friend waiting with a white dress for me to wear at the party. It was so sweet.”
Their wedding was magical, with a countryside setting bathed in sunset-inspired colors of pink, rust, and rose gold. True to Brooke’s vibrant personality, she had a large bridal party of 10 on each side, with heartfelt speeches, great food, and lively music making the day unforgettable for everyone there. Collin reflected that having their closest 140 friends and family in a cozy venue made it feel just right.

Having been through the joys and challenges of wedding planning, Brooke and Collin shared some thoughtful advice for other couples. Brooke encourages couples to slow down and savor being engaged. “It all goes so fast, and planning can be stressful. Find those moments of joy, and remember it’s all worth it!” Collin offers practical advice: “Living together before marriage is so important. Coexisting in harmony is even more vital than the initial attraction.” |
