What was the most important thing for you about finding the perfect dress?
Trying to find the perfect dress for me had me a little worried considering I’m much more of a tomboy than girly-girl so I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find one that had more of a “less is more” with still a rustic feel to it. However, Always Elegant Bridal had the perfect fit for that idea, I fell in love with this dress and still wish I could wear it more than just one day!
What was the best personal moments of your wedding day?
There were so many amazing things that happened that day and our families and friends surprised us in so many ways, however my grandpa married us and that will forever be such a special part of the day to us both. The father daughter dance though was a surprise for him as well as it started with a slow song and I had them change half way through to “Should’ve been a cowboy” and my dad’s dance moves were truly the best!
Please share something that stood out on your wedding day?
The amount of love that families and friends showed that day and every day still makes our hearts oh so happy! My wonderful husband also made the large wood letters that spell out LOVE, he knew how badly I wanted them that day and he made it happen!
What was your inspiration for your wedding day and dress?
We both have always loved a little more of a rustic country type look, which turned out to exactly what we were envisioning from our venue to my dress (including the boots) and all of the decorations.

Any advice to future brides?
As crazy as it all seems leading up to it, it truly goes so fast. Everyone says that but try and take a minute with your groom and just enjoy it all for a minute. Also, if something goes wrong or not as planned no one will know except you, so try and just shrug it off and enjoy the rest of the day!
