Isn’t this a pretty drink? We spotted this in Rachael Ray Magazine, they show it for a Baby Shower but we think it would also be great for a Bridal Shower. It’s non-alcoholic, but of course you could always add a little something-something to it if you want!
Kiwi Smartini
2 cups ice cubes
8 kiwis, coursely chopped plus 1 kiwi sliced for garnish
1 and 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
1 cup sugar
Using a blender mix the ice cubes, kiwis, lemon juice, sugar and 2 cups water until smooth. Pour into martini glasses; garnish with the kiwi slices.
