I love watching the red carpet events but what I love even more is to see which stars were selected as the best or worse dressed. Sometimes I disagree with the media (see below) but it could be that I look at the gowns in a different light. The ones I have selected below are ones I loved for the cut and how they could cross over to the bridal fashion world.   All of these woman are beautiful and could look great in a brown paper bag for goodness sakes! celebrity photo gallery main image - From Renee Zellweger to Marisa Tomei, see which celebs delivered fashion flops on the red carpet at the 2008 Golden Globes.

According to Yahoo: Renee Zellweger unsuccessfully paired her shoulderless Carolina Herrera organza bib with an extreme mermaid skirt and unsightly updo.

My thoughts: I love the concept and it would amazing in ivory for a bride! celebrity photo gallery main image - From Renee Zellweger to Marisa Tomei, see which celebs delivered fashion flops on the red carpet at the 2008 Golden Globes.

According to Yahoo: Anne Hathaway’s performance in "Rachel Getting Married" was marvelous, but her Swarovski crystal-encrusted Armani Prive gown was far from fabulous.

My thoughts: Navy is such an amazing color and I absolutely that it was a great choice. This gown is perfect for any special occasion and if made in ivory would make for a fabulous bridal gown.celebrity photo gallery main image - From Renee Zellweger to Marisa Tomei, see which celebs delivered fashion flops on the red carpet at the 2008 Golden Globes.

According to Yahoo: Debra Messing’s unruly mane and overly-ruched Vera Wang halter dress didn’t win "The Starter Wife" any awards at the star-studded soiree.

My thoughts: I LOVE IT! I love the color, I love the bodice, I love the skirt! I LOVE IT!!!!

According to Yahoo: Salma Hayek rarely misses the mark, but the Mexican beauty put us to sleep in this snooze-worthy Dior dud.

My thoughts: She is a beauty. The color is a little boring for the event so that could have been done better but the cut of the gown is wonderful!
