One of the items that brides struggle with is what to give the ladies of the bridal party as a gift.  Many brides opt for jewelry to match the bridesmaid dresses, which is smart since it insures that the brides taste is reflected in the overall look AND it saves the bridesmaids from additional expense.

I was a bridesmaid in Bree’s wedding and Bree also purchased our wedding jewelry as a gift.  But one thing she did different was that instead of running out and finding 5 sets of the same exact pieces, she took into consideration each individual girl’s taste & style and bought us each something a little different.  It all still "matched" the overall color scheme and attire, but it was personalized because we each received something a bit different from the other girl.  And I still wear that jewelry today!

Currently, I’m obsessed with rings.  I have quite a collection of rings, some precious stones, some acrylic, some sterling silver, all shapes & sizes.  I’m especially loving big chunky rings right now and then it occurred to me, that could be a great bridesmaid gift!  So I looked around Etsy (another obsession) and found some really great rings at a reasonable price.

I LOVE these rings from Jessica Sharrah’s shop because they are chunky but not so large that they are distracting. $30 each.

Here are some more modern square rings that I think would look very stylish at an asian-themed wedding. These rings from RedFenyx are all handmade and at $9.90 are a smart choice.

Maybe your wedding theme is romance with a European design?  Wouldn’t this filigree ring be pretty on your maid-of-honor’s hand?  At only $9, it won’t break your budget.

This bead ring is a little more expense, but at $22.50 is still budget-friendly.  Dainty & understated your bridesmaids would be able to wear this one over and over, unlike those dyeable shoes you’re trying to make them wear… I’m not bitter… well, maybe a little. 🙂

Now that I’ve shared my ring finds, I’m dying to buy something!!
