All of us here at Always Elegant Bridal and Tuxedo  are making every effort to keep our AEB brides and stylist team safe during this very challenging time.  As a team, we are also doing all that we can to keep the store open in order to accept deliveries for our clients, answer any questions and service our current and future brides.  We have decided, in order to be able to do so, we are implementing the following guidelines effective immediately:

| Keeping As Many Of Us Healthy As We Can Is Our Focus |

We ask you to please not visit Always Elegant Bridal and Tuxedo if you have a fever, are ill, or have been ill in the past 2-3 weeks.

If you are concerned that you have been exposed by an individual who has been tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you reschedule your bridal styling appointment.

We ask that if you have symptoms of the Covid-19, please do not visit the shop for 2-3  weeks.

We will continue to disinfect the store, dressing rooms, bathrooms  and surfaces between styling appointments.  Please be aware, due to the national guidance to limit gatherings to 10 people, we are revising our appointment times slightly in order to accommodate this.

| Moving Forward We Are Limiting The Number Of Appointments | 

To be fair during this time, we ask if you are coming into Always Elegant Bridal and Tuxedo, you limit your number of guests to 2. Because we know this is a cherished time for all, we will encourage you possibly to FaceTime your additional family and friends that you want to share in the “yes moment” with.

To help our team of seamstresses, we are requesting if you have an alteration appointment, you limit your guest number to 1. Between your seamstress and our team, we will make sure you are getting everything you need.

Because all ages are important to us, we are asking anyone over 60 years of age, all infants and toddlers refrain from visiting the store. 

Please join us with respecting these guidelines so that everyone remains healthy and happy! 

Because we do not know what each day will bring, we are going to be operating by appointment only. We do experience several walk-ins, so please make sure you request an appointment by visiting our website or you will be asked to return with a scheduled appointment.  We will be working with an extremely limited staff at the store,so please be patient as we respond to phone calls and emails as quickly as possible.

Did you say yes and had to go home to sleep on it? Have more questions on the dress or any changes that can be made? Need to be put on a payment plan, so the dress can be ordered and arrive on time? We are here to help you make the right decision with you. We are lucky that we are in constant communication with our designers during this time. To help you more, we are happy to take orders over the phone so that you don’t lose value ordering time and so that your gown, veil or accessory can be delivered in time for your wedding!
