Their LOVE story…
We were set up by our younger sisters and started talking and texting in 2013. Jared was a roofer in Portland, OR and I was a PhD student at Washington State University. We went our first date at a pool bar, Rialto, in Portland, OR. We were long-distance our first year together. Then we traveled from state to state for my job for the next 4 years and settled in northern California. On his 31st birthday in 2018, Jared proposed in the parking lot of the restaurant where we had dinner! We are best friends and so excited to be spending the rest of our lives together.
What was the most important thing for you about finding the perfect dress?
Feeling beautiful and feeling like myself.
What was the best personal moments of your wedding day?
The first look, ceremony, and toasts.
Please share something that stood out on your wedding day?
My flowers! And the view from our venue.
What was your inspiration for your wedding day and dress?
Vintage, lace, elegant.
Any advice to future brides?
Stay present, it is super stressful and goes by so fast, be sure to cherish the day!
